ryt,i orderd a present for my GF from this website nearly a month ago (28th april) and my order is still saying pending now they have taken the money out of my account that was about 2-3week ago ive e-mailed them countless times to no avail and ive also tried to call them but no answer,now i dont no why it is still pending i mean WTF is it pending for its been payed it has my address,also if it turns out to be a scam or something else what righst do i have and were is best to go trading standerds,watchdog etc etc

No worries, it's just first steps before going to explain what's happened to your card supplier... if the sum was only small they're probably just get the funds back.

Did you try that phone number in the weekday? Perhaps try 141 to hide your number? Perhaps they're ignoring your phone number.

yer i called them wednesday and today just ringing out,dident try 141,ive e-mailed the first contact and if i get no reply on monday i will e-mail the other to and seee what they have to say.
