Distilled Water

Hello guys, so I have all the parts for my water cooling loop, thinking I could just dander into Tesco and buy Distilled water at the last min.. was a horrible mistake, I can't find the stuff anywhere here in the UK, de-ionized yes but distilled no. any ideas or recommendations on where I could get some?

So if you were to drink it does distilled water taste any different to tap water?

Have you tried the pharmacy.In denmark its cheaper to buy it there.

to distill water, you boil it, and have a cold metal plate to catch the steam, it is then condensed back down to pure water, ...removes ALL impurities, so you are left with H2O, and no contaminants.

yeh, I can get de-ionized everywhere REALLY cheap... but from what I read I shouldn't be using it in a water cooling loop....

Fishing shops have distilled water iirc. Also if you have friends in the science dep in Uni it helps

The Range Has distilled water also.

Its also known as De-ironised water.
