I'd expect it to be similar of course because it's an action RPG. Same reason all FPS are similar. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

It's not the same as Diablo II though, there are some major changes between the two. Hopefully they are for the better. Sequels should be similar, shouldn't they?

You could yeah. Be sure to opt in to the D3 beta and run the system check.
