Thanks for all the post you wrote about it! Here are some new picture about it. If i had some spare time to make it better I will make a new front panel with a slot in DVD and some upgrade with the cooling.

The max temperatures in the case I measured in summer is 43°C while the rooms tempearture was 32°C so it's not too hot.

very nice build,

did you consider modding the dvd? the cover isnt that hard to make and it would alot better that way, it would look incredibly if you were to scrach the dvd marking in it as well lol
