Download from here - http://t2.technion.ac.il/~snaelq/RenderTest.zip

Run 800x600 test and lets compare systems. Take a screenshot when done of the time and post in this thread along with your cpu setting. Just so you know graphics cards don't play a part in this benchmark.

I will edit this post when I get my cpu.

Thanks.

Another benchmark?

Must resist temp.......ta......tion!!

Pull too st.rrrrr...oooo...nnnnnn...gggggg

Gotta download!!

LOL :D

Might not have time to add screenie, gotta go out 2nite, but will post score and edit in l8r.

Haven't d/l the screenie, but need to free up some space...

Seeing as I don't have a proper gpu at the minute, this suits me fine lol

3 min 13 sec, with default 2-2-2-5 timings...I'll tighten those up with the tweaker and see if it makes a difference...

Not even a whisper of a difference...3 min 13 sec again...

that's 800*600 btw...I would have thought that it'd make it quicker, both SPi and Pifast get a load faster with timings, but this must be pretty much 'cpu only' more so than I'd have guessed...

That's FX-55/512 BH5/MsiNeo2 at 3225mhz 13*248htt 1:1

I'm not sure but I think this may be raw Ghz speed, so timings and high fsb not affected or at least not so much an effect when comparing to superPi and the likes. We should be able to tell when a few more results come in.

as the picture shows my cpu speed and the benchmark time.

Am using an AMD 64 3000+ newcastle(754). getting an AMD 64 3000+ Venice(939) this week :)

yeah guys if you can try and do it without cheating :p just joking. Very nice score Daz mate. Would be interested to see how the intels do on this. The only intel I have took 8mins 29secs but then it was only 1.4Ghz centrino. :D

heres mine, managed to get my ram stable at 264 @ 2-2-2-5 so now running at 2.9Ghz

what voltage that at mate? as they are very tight timings @ a hight fsb which si always ncie to see!!

what did you use to test stability of your memory too?

this screenie is my was taken when i had my 3200+ winnie, voltage was 3.5v. I use memtest and prime95 for stability testing. i am unable to do 265 with the 3700+ cpu until i updated my bios to 509-2
