What do you guys think about connect 3d video cards? Im looking into to buying one but i want to know how it would compare to a real ati.

I heard Connect 3d are great for ATI cards...very good.

I had a 6800GT PCI-E from them and it was very good

So you wouldnt think I would see any perf. gains by going with a real ati card?

i don't think they are bad. i used to own one and it was good At stock most cards work at the same level of performance the only difference is cooling, looks and bundle. You should check for cooling, looks, bundle and also overclockabilty if you are going to overclock it

you didn't know HIS is a brand?? Also HIS has great coolers made by Arctic Cooling which are basicly Ati Silencers

They are ATI Silencers, the HIS X850 XT is gaurenteed to clock at XT PE speeds aswell It comes with a program to automatically step it up, except I'm sure anybody who bought one would be going higher

They are UV reactive, Arctic Cooling make them for HIS so they are official modified ATI Silencers

eah i know but they aren't the same ati silencers that you can buy that's why i said tht they are basically ati silencers. anyway back to topic
