Cellshock Memory (support sucks)

Cellshock was known for their super awesome memory sticks. They had some good reviews and everyone raved about them.

Well guess what? I got suckered into buying them.

I'm not saying that the ram is bad or anything but just that when it works it great, but when the sticks die the company isn't around to support you anymore.

Its been a week now and I still haven't got a reply regarding an RMA request! While buying the sticks I was told it had 5 year warranty.

Now what do I do? I should have gone with the better brands like OCZ/Gskill or Crosair.

Could anyone help me with cellshock RMA?

I have tried emaling

Code:
[email]cellshock@msc-ge.com[/email] and [email]Stutensee@msc-ge.com[/email]

Whom do I contact for an RMA ? :(

Yep they went ages ago, that is why memoryc had some deals on there memory for abit. I'm sorry to say you've lost out. Have both sticks defiantly gone? Cellshock ram was very nice. I wouldn't say OCZ is a better manufacturer than the long gone cellshock. They catered for different markets. Cellshock aimed more towards the overclocking and benching market, while ocz gaming and mainstream.

arr Mates!!

I buy my ram from http://www.memoryc.com/

They washed their hands off by saying they offer only a 1 year direct RMA after that we too contact the manufacturer.

They told me the same thing. Cellshock closed down so they cant RMA. :o

Ahhhh then youve deffo had it as DDR2 is very thin on the ground :(

:( If they don't make or have ddr2 anymore then they could at least upgrade me to ddr3! Gskill did that to me!

Anyone from cellshock reading this then shame on you and your company for not honoring warranty! When you charge such a high premium for your products least you could do is RMA the ram that goes bad.

:(

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I never knew CellShock collapsed. That sucks. I have 2 DDR3 kits of there's. May not use them too much now lol.

Is a shame about the RMA though. I paid a fortune for my stuff awhile back.. For such a premium you'd expect them to warrant an RMA. They were a great company.
