Can You Stream From A TV-Out To A TV Wirelessly?

I know you can get devices to stream music from your computer to your hifi in another room. And there are devices that use RF to allow someone upstairs to watch a video being played downstairs.

But is there something which plugs into the S-Video output on a graphics card to allow you to watch it on a TV in another room?

Would be better if it was a DVD Recorder or PVR.

Or just the transmitter's/reciever's you see around wil do ther job!, EG: Digisender & the other 200 company's that do it.
