Call Of Duty 4 Demo Out Today

I personally really like it. I haven't played through the whole demo yet, just a bit of it because I have to go back to school. The graphics are pretty and the gameplay is pretty fun.

I have to admit, although I'm sure I'll be playing it constantly until I complete it, it's not as good as I originally expected.

However, didn't I hear somewhere that it was meant to be better in multiplayer?

i like it alot

i loved the cod series, although this is modern day, its still sick

you can tell its no BF2, and that its COD

demo is extremely short tbh however it packs a nice punch. and it runs VERY fast i didn't notice a single bit of slowdown with any 'new' effects, it just looks like cod2 on steroids (eg new guns and stuff)

its deffinately got potential but it could have been longer in my opinion.

also the sound seemed very... washed out?

own gun doesn't really sound like it has a punch theres very little in the way of bass and the enemy gunfire and friendly gunfire around you isn't at all convincing.. i shall try to change some settings when i play it again next but i really wasn't as impressed as i was playing cod2 the weapons just don't sound like they have any kick.

nightvision looks nice mostly, flashbangs are pretty awesome (not as good as crysis ones i may note since that just came to mind they're seriously awesome)

its ok but tbh i think theres work to be done if its going to impress me as much as i'd hoped.

but its DEFFINATELY got potential and runs very very smooth compared to alot of the new stuff coming out but i gather thats because they haven't changed engine since cod2?

I have the quakewars demo, cant even get it to run.
