But how exactly do you drain and flush this kind of loop?De-attaching those pipes doesnt seem easy at all to me,and I just dont see how the kid will do the the maintenance when its time for it.

I am doing the maintenance on this loop,hopefully it will be yearly with the right fluid.

Because i have blocked in the 8 pin and cant remove it easily,i have to use my trusty donkey PSU,i think it can handle it tho....

The GPUs are going under water as well aren't they? Also, could you please supply a link for the fittings?


The GPUs are staying air for the moment,if the lad wants to go full water later then its not a problem,he can buy the blocks and i will fit them and plumb them in.
 
Love the overall build. I'm both fascinated and intimidated by the tubing. Don't know if I'd ever be able to do it.

What do you do to drain the loop?
 
Empty the res and loop by putting the rig on its front and unscrewing the res plug.

Easy!

With the right fluid,its a once a year job so its no bother
