BFBC 2 issues after latest update

it wouldent even show me the update launcher screen thing it just did nothing for 30 sec then launched the game

i am re-installing it as we speak

ah ive never had problems with it updating mines are it just randomly locks my pc up at any time can even be once an online game has finished LOCK!" middle of a game LOCK! laoding a new map LOCK! etc but works fine on single player

have a look on gamershell they have a stand alone patch for this 1 as it is a biggy, has new maps and that and all the patches up to now.

thats an ea/dice feature that step, it does it for most people i know :/

i have re-insatlled it 3 times yet its not bringing up the update launcher it just brings up the game and it wont connect to ea or anything.

it does not show the version number ither like it did before

find the installer in the install loccation or get the update from ea.

i am downloading the 3 patches now so i hope this fixes it otherwise i have a duff game and ile have to wait till i get a re-install of windows
