he will play with us when the time comes, but would like to give his place to someone better so he don't let the team down

ok, dont get me wrong but even tho he's a bit crud at playing doesn't mean he's letting the team down... a team is about working together the best ya can even if the other person is not as good....

well, thats just my say... dont know about the others

That's very mercenary - but I like your style .

Of course, you are assuming that your new recuit is going to be better than what you have now............ maybe some sort of one-on-one deathmatch between the guy you want to kick and any potential successor would be a more entertaining way of ejecting him from your clan?

Its not me that wants to kick him,,

what happened is that the BF2 tournament team entries ended 2 days ago at 12pm and you needed 8 players,

and we only had 7

so I had to call a friend at 11pm to talk him in to joining the team,

but he's no good at BF2 and does not want to play

as we need 8 players, he said if we cant replace him he will play with us

on the day but would like to give his place to someone else who has more experience on BF2
