Looking awesome, great job!
How is this case compared to Fractal Design Define? (if you happen to have any personal experience).
It seems like they are aiming at the same target group and they remind me of each other pretty much!
Thank you, very much appreciated
In essence this is a Fractal Design case with a few differences rebranded by Nanoxia, for example they use the same hard disk trays and PCI slot covers (same as in absolutely identical); the build quality is of the same high standard also.
Basically it's an R series with a few dimension changes and features namely -
- The split front door arrangement.
- The roof mounted pop up front panel connections.
- It has a built in dual slider fan controller (3 channels per slider).
- The front radiator mount.
- The Air Chimney.
Well in the limited time I've had I've managed to finish up a couple of essential tasks...
I've sprayed the PCI brackets for both the GPU and sound card, I've gone for a textured satin black rather than the usual flat gloss.
I've also made up some non braided (yes you read correctly lol) front panel extensions.
Roll on my long awaited time off to do the hardware installation!!
The final prep task completed...
The installation of the Swiftech 8 way PWM splitter and the cable routing/wiring in of the four radiator mounted Piranhas and the three case mounted Alpenföhn fans.
And the view from the side that matters most
Yeah, I can live with that
