ASUS RAIDR help

Hi guys,

My Raidr recently arrived and I planned on using it just as a storage drive for my games. For some reason it isn't showing up in Windows, nor in the BIOS. When I boot though, it does show the drive in a raid config in the post. All of the information on their site is just for if you're using it for an OS install.

Any ideas?

Just an update. I finally fixed the issue. But now I've started doing some speed tests on it, and I'm only getting 400 MB/s

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Thanks

You just have to install the driver when the hard drive option is missing when you install your OS

Speedwise it will be drivers or the sata port you have it on

Yeah I didn't even do a fresh install. My new parts all get here next week, I just wanted to see how this thing goes.

In regards to the drivers, I have installed all the ones that came on the disk and they say it's all up to date. I would assume it'd be the slot I have it in. It's an old mobo that had a bit of rain on it a while back (the system was off and I dried it out over a weekend). The slot doesn't even let me use GPU's in it anymore. I'm testing it on my friends Gene VII later tonight to see if that'd fix the issue

Thanks for the reply!
