Any way to see IE browsing history that has been cleared?

So, random question.

Is there any way to see the browsing history on a Windows PC (Win 7 and latest Internet Explorer) - bearing in mind that the user has cleared history and temporary internet files etc.

Is there a way to bring these files back and see what this user has been browsing?

Many thanks for any help - and yes I have permission to do this from the owner of the machine.

You can use a program called Recuva to search his Recycle Bin and retrieve deleted items. Not sure how far back the search goes as I've not used it for a while, but it should find the files you are looking for.
