Any variety at all

Just wondering

Personally I keep trops and currently in a battle with algae. Tank is covered up for a 5 day blackout and organic carbon dosing. Hate algae :( ruins my plants :(:(

What do you keep if any?

Used to have a giant (65 gallon or something around there) take made of mirrors... My dad made it himself and we had goldfish and a few ghost koi in there. He's a Plumber so made his on filtration system using a central heating pump all buffed to a chrome finish. It was wicked (good times) but it kinda blew up in our house fire. :( (Bad times!)

Sounds good up till the fire

Kinda likea ghetto tank

very cool :D

I want to upgrade from my 70litre to a bigger tank. Maybe to marines but that takes a lot more maintenance

I keep a few tropical tanks running, 2 4ft'ers, a 2ft for the rainbow crabs & another 2ft breeding tank. We've kept convict cichlids for the past couple of years & they breed like mad.

For your algae issue i'd recommend maybe introducing a few proportianately sized plecos to your tanks. They do a great job of keeping the algae down, just make sure you feed them some sinking pellets occasionally.

Well atm its BGA that i have a problem with which is actually bacteria and nothing will eat. Its because i have high lighting with not enough carbon to balance growth. Should have sorted it now tho (Y)

I had a goldfish as a kid and i cleaned the bowl out with bleach and i forgot to clean it off. The fish died about 40 mins later

We've gotten back into Siamese Fighters, and we have 1 male and one female. We also have an African Cichlid in a larger tank but he kind of keeps to himself and kills anything we try to introduce to his tank.

i have a tank of tropical fish in the living room downstairs :D

mostly guppies, but theres a few platties and 2 clown loaches :D
