Animated/Cartoon help...

Basically i want to make a 20/30 minute cartoon or animated clip with like a voice over... I need to do it for my A-Level Extended Project problem is i really don't have a clue on what to do... Does anyone know how to do it? Is it easy to learn? And if you can teach me that would be amazing... Thanks...

Windows Movie Maker works fine.

You just need each frame lined up next to each other.
