Alone in the Dark

Anyone tried this? Was thinking of trying it but reviews are keeping me away.

Some say it's great etc but some are frustrating like the controls, but others are saying it's terrible stay away from it. But i'm looking to get on my 360 a bit more and after completing GTA (died first time on last mission and it

ed me off so I left it for a month ) and I wanna play a horror or any good 360 game.

Any suggestions and what do you think about Alone in the Dark?

i have tryed this title on pc few years ago, was good (Dont know much about this sequel on 360 ) but after this i played 2 better games : Resident Evil and Silent Hill.

Silent hill my favorite ;] i`m waiting now for F.E.A.R. second party ;] this can be very good.

I bought alone in the dark, not scary but it's a pretty good game and good story line, controls could be polished though.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl?

Not tried it but according to the views of others its supposed to be real scary. The sequel is set to release next month and it looks like something worth playing.
