Hey guys, my friend needs some help on a knew pc he wants, he cant afford to get a ready made one but he doesnt want to get pars either so he is going to get a bundle then buy other stuff seperate, he only has about 550-600 to spend to i have suggested this to him, It would be great if you guys could tell me what you think, Cheers

Bundle - http://www.aria.co.u...productId=48472

Case - http://www.overclock.../googleshopping

Power supply - http://www.novatech....mpaign=products

Graphics card - either 2 of these - http://www.aria.co.u...productId=49690 or one of these - http://www.aria.co.u...productId=49685

I wasnt sure if it would be better for him to go for 2 6850's or 1 gtx 560ti, what do you think, he doesnt know much about stuff like crossfire

I'd say go with the GTX560Ti option. Crossfire can bring loads of weird problems, and if he's a 'noob' he won't know how to fix them. That means he's gonna go to you as presumably you do know a thing or two about PCs, so going GTX560Ti will save you some time. XD

looks good to me and amd is still very good for gaming

I vote for the 560ti. I have got one myself.

But get a intel cpu either a i5 which is a bit more expensive or a i3 which is a bit cheaper.

For a no hassle, budget system you've chosen well there. Just for the sake of giving some options I'll say some stuff anyway (and some of this is based upon you being able to help him put it together):

You've only spent ~£460 of that "550-600" and whilst I can see that we don't want to spend more than we need to I think he'll see benefit from getting a 7850 for a little more (£200).

Part of me still dies inside when I don't see a wish to overclock but I do get it - you've gone for the 6100 because you don't think he'll OC a 4100 and the 6 cores at stock give more power for only £20 which is a lot easier and a little cheaper than buying a cpu cooler and teaching him.

Other other thing I would ideally like to see is 8gb of RAM but it's a bundle deal so...

PSU choice is rock solid.

Overall can't really do better for the price tbh.

Hes going to be getting an extra 4gb of ram and he has to get a hard drive and mouse and keyboard so the 560ti is the best he can get, Yeah i was a little disappointment when he said he didnt want to overclock
