Or get a Eye-One Display 2/LT colormeter, I have one and it's very good

hehe, shows how crap my monitor is really, cant satisfy all the tests, infact on some it cant get anywhere near.

ah well, thanks for the link, if nothing else it has changed my viewing angle considerably, everything looks so much clearer just from that!

Got a shot of a Huey Pro yesterday for doing mine. Ended up giving a ghosting effect on text on my laptop and turned it a little pinkish. Used it on my Dell and wow! Used that link for the laptop and its spot on now. Nice one.
