939 Dual Core Opteron - Worth folding on?

I have some spare DDR ram and I think I can get my hands an old 939pin Opteron. Its base clock is 1.8 but obviously I will o/c the pants off it.

Thing is I don't have a motherboard. So is it worth me picking up a motherboard and getting this thing folding or is it just not worth it.

I have a dual core with hyperthreading at work at 3.0GHz and I get about 3000 ppd, so I'm guessing you'd maybe get half of that or even less than half. Personally I wouldn't do it.

Probably not worth it unless you already have the mobo and you don't pay for electricity.

If you can get a mobo with a couple of PCIE slots on it, you could throw a couple of nVidia cards in there and it would be a nice GFX Folding rig..

Bit off topic buy hey i just remembered i got a Tyan Tiger K8WE S2877 and a couple of Opteron 265 dual core CPU’s with 4GB of RAM that i’ve been meaning to list on Fleabay.
