so the last week or 2 now every second WU i get for my gpu is an 8018 and they SUCK! only getting 18k PPD on them with my 760! all the 7XXX WU's usually give me about 30 - 35k PPD but these 8XXX units just suck.....i check it once and im getting 50K PPD, then a few hours later im down to 29K PPD. any way to remove these? or fix these?

you can't avoid certain WUs.

But calm down. In your case the difference isn't that bad. For my SMP folding farm it's much worse. I get 600k PPD with a P8102-P8105 WU and if I happen to get a few P8101 WUs I'm right back down at 350k PPD.... For I think 3 of 4 months straight I got only P8101 WUs...

Have you considered running Core 17 projects? They are QRB projects and a 760 should do around 60K+ PPD from what I've read. To get Core 17 projects just add "advanced" to client type in config, slots. be sure you have a passkey to get the bonus points!

Open the client, go to configure. Pick the slots tabs. Highlight the gpu slot and click edit. Scroll to the bottom where it says "Extra slot options" and click the add button. For name put client-type and for value put advanced.
