Hello again everyone.
Well im back and building again, this time I will building into a 800D this case needs some love and attention. Thanks to the 900D arriving people are getting rid of their old cases which means happy days for me. I always tend to work with second hand equipment these days I just can't afford to purchase new as I like beer too much.
Anyways, as stated in the title this build is going to have a purple and yellow theme going on in it. The 800D has some damage to some areas so I need to try and fit those issues. thankfully Corsair sell the parts for a pretty reasonable price. Although I forgot to order 2 drive covers so if anyone in the UK has some spare let me know.
Okay onto the components you would have seen these before if you looked at my previous build a few differences though on mainly the watercooling side as the largely black and white blocks I had in the TJ10 just wont fit.
Ok so here is the so far incomplete list.
CPU - I5 3570K
Mobo - Z77 Mpower
Ram - Corsair Vengeance Black 8gb
PSU - overkill 1250w XFX PRO Black Fully Modular
GPU's - 1 x EVGA SC 680
1 x MSI Ref 680
WC
DDC Pump with Plexi top (either XSPC or EK unsure which ill use yet)
Thermochill 360 and 120 rads (Im considering spraying these yellow
EK Multi option Res 250mm
Heatkiller V3 CPU Block
Razor GPU block (old Style)
Masterclear UV Purple Hose 13/19mm
Cheap ass fittings 10 straights 4 90's 4 45's (gonna spray these yellow)
Mayhems Sunset Yellow Pastel Fluid (If I can source somewhere with cheapish Shipping OCUK is too expensive for me and direct from mayhems uses paypal which I refuse to use)
I plan on doing the general clean up of parts from tomorrow and will update this with photos as and when my parts arrive and I do work on it.
Thanks for reading my Wall of text hopefully I can break this up with some nice pics soon.
***UPDATE***
Waiting on parts, regardless of where I seem to order my Watercooling parts from they seem to always get delayed they have shipped now so hopefully here tommorow to be able to start this finally.
***UPDATE 03-07-13***
Right so eventually today at 5pm My packages started arriving so now I'll be starting to bring this all together (slowly lots of real life things to do also).
Anyways so I got to work customising the watercooling parts, these were pretty much the cheapest fittings I could get my hands on as this was kinda experimental to me and doing it on bitspower bits wouldve cost me a fortune.
Anyways I have the plan on this yellow and purple build to having the tubing UV purple and the fittings Yellow to contrast it and bring my colour scheme in line.
So here is what I started with

So cleaned then down (degreaser then alcohol) this was ofcourse after removing the o-rings
Then a few hours later and several thin layers of paint we ended up here.

Took out all the protective tape inserts I had to put on them and heres how they have turned out I'm pretty happy with them they just need to cure for 24 hours and then I can touch them up and then look at them with the tubing.

So next up if when I get time is trying to sort out the case you will see what I mean once I get some pictures up.
Thanks for looking I hope you like it so far.
