Correct - It's not unusual for GTXs to go over 1400 with no mods. As for clocking programs I think you can disable stability tests in rivatuner and in coolbits - just search the forums for how.

I thought that the GTX had the same memory as the GT, just the GT has less pipes? I find it odd that nVIDIA would choose different memory, but I suppose they did with the later cut down versions of the 6800...
I find sometimes that even though the card passes the stability test, it's not actually fully stable under load. You'll probably find artifacts in the benches/ games.
It would be nice. Although i cant get one get the moment, and with all the new hardware soon coming itll be block swapping 24/7.
I do however need soem help. with nvflash, ive got a modded bios prepared, a origional incase the modded fails, and a DOS formatted floppy at the ready. All i can figure out, it where exaclty to put nvflash and the other BIOS's on the disk? Can anyone help?
