512mb 7800GTX with 256mb clocks and cooling ?

Ive seen a guy selling 512mb 7800GTX's on ebay but when you look at the specs of the cards they are they same as the 256mb version except for the amount of memory. Also the picture of them shows the 256mb cooler not the superior 512mb version. Not sure Im allowed to post link to auction so i wont but the price isnt far off the full 512mb verision

Are Nvidia making such boards? If they are, people in the market for one should be careful.

Or they just made up the specs because they were too lazy to get the real specs and pix?

I also thought they may have been to lazy to redo pix etc which is why i emailed them. I cant understand why I get no response though, I even made out I was about to buy one but just needed reasuring. You would think they would want the sale, unless the cards are as listed.
