What exactly is a shuttle case? Is it a Case, PSU and integrated Mobo?

How many expansion slots do you normally get?

Can you fit lots of hard drives in there?

Do they have inbuilt network/sound/graphics?

They do look nice, but if you can't fill them up then they are a bit useless.

shuttle had case, mobo included

you can fit 1 hdd, 1 cd-rom drive and 1 floppy drive(on some)

very small room but they are aimed at people saving space

And usually give you the ability to add 1-2 pci cards I believe.

Sound, NIC, and vid is all integrated mefinks.

It is far from decent mate, its extremely good and pwns anything from thermalright (has vent to outside)

Don't give false info! you can put regular pci cards and regular vid cards, but they all some with integrated sound, vid, and nic

not necessarily :)

you can buy "shuttle" cases with mobo's that have on board sound, graphics

or you could buy a shuttle/cube case and your own stuff like you would for a normal case and for example build a nice s939 system(even a gamin pc if u are tight on space)

dont know if you all know this already but there it is ;)

i was considering building a shuttle but i may save that for a future project maybe.

in case u might be curious here are 2 links for the mobo and case i was gonna use.....http://www.xcase.co.uk/acatalog/Aspire_.html andhttp://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=222685

cheers.

There is only 1 shuttle savage, the rest of them are SFF PC's

All Shuttle XPC's come with mobo and integrated vid/nic/sound
