Thermaltake eh.. we'll have to see how good this is. It'l have to be pretty slick to get past Tom's Thermaltacky filter

Objection!

Thermaltake is cheap by design, to reach people, who bought OEM PCs before and want to try to build their own!

Well guys, really, Thermaltake has left to be desired in their cases have long time... but in the question of casemod even the worst case has hope for improvement...

You will see in the next steps of "Element Q" will not be left almost nothing of the "Element Q"...

Now back to the project...

To the cover of the case, I preferred to make a whole piece of acrylic to make a visual more stylish:

I made this "provisional front pannel" for the project:

First steps to make the change in the acrylic cover to look like they got shots:

Making the holes of "projectiles":

I hope you enjoyed.

I thank all who support and follow the project!

Sorry for my bad english.

Please do mod that glossy red strip at the front btw!

mod the hell out of it so no one can tell it was once a thermaltacky. That or get a another thermaltacky case then shoot it (with a tank) to get the desired effect.

Unfortunately no...

In the next step this front panel will be "modified"

This idea is good, very good ... who knows the TT does not give me one more for me to do this (although I doubt it)

And now the news ...

First finish , brushed style:

Now, carving acrylic to make the effect of shots more realistic:

I hope you enjoyed.

I thank all who follow the project!

a more 'realistic' way to do this would actually have the acrylic cracked/shattered or have the bullets embedded in it with thermal bubbling :P Unless you're after some kind of 'like metal' effect ?

Personally I'd have shot it fo-real :P
