It's Official, EA is being sued - Controversy over Battlefield 4

I dont see why everyone is so jacked off about the bf4 bugs, it's expected at launch. Granted, the bugs were bad, but the game was far more playable than gta5 when online first went live. Rockstar had 2 extra weeks between the games launch and online going live to sort out any issues, yet the online was completely unplayable for 3 weeks after launch, and buggy for another 3. so why isnt rockstar being sued? Well because it would be a petty endeavour driven by spite, and i think ultimatly fruitless. Anyone care to guess my opinion on this case then??

I think it's to do with EA constantly pushing developers to rush out unfinished buggy games. Look what they did with the SIMS.

Also DICE, godamn DICE.... How they consistently manage to get things wrong, break things that weren't even broke in the first place and make things totally unbalanced is amazing. They haven't changed or learnt from their mistakes since BFBC2.

Most other developers and publishers don't have a track record like EA and DICE. Fair enough other devs and publishers have their bad releases and problems but EA and DICE are consistent and are constantly in the headlines.

EA being voted the worst company of the year 3 years in a row isn't just a coincidence
