ZeniMax has now filed an injunction over Oculus' use of the companies code, which could remove the Oculus Rift and many VR games from sale.

From the evidence I've seen Oculus should be held responsible for the choices they collectively made. If they indeed use copyrighted code ZeniMax deserve credit for their work.
