XFX Black Edition 1050w

Just found this PSU for £150 and the temptation to get it is pretty high considering how well it's priced.

My only concern is that the modular cables are not individually sleeved and so could be a pain to manipulate around the back of my case and they also look horrible.

My questions are:

Does anyone know if the Corsair individually sleeved AX cables would work with this PSU (I know this is a long shot)?

If the answer to the above question is "no", does anyone know if there are replacement cables for the XFX PSUs?

I honestly don't feel confident sleeving the cables myself.

Thanks.

Looks and we have personally made XFX PSU's chuck flames in the past

i though xfx now use seasonic psu's and are meant to be good?

i know the older ones were cheaply made but the new ones all use the same components as in seasonic golds etc..

personally ive only used antec corsair and thermaltake psu's my antec 1000w psu is still going strong after 3 and half years of solid daily use.

thermaltake ive had to rma twice thats the gold rated 750w version 1st one lasted 4 months 2nd was 2 and half years 3rd doa rma'd again still not had it back..

my corsair lasted me 4 years before my brother bought it off me and afaik its still going strong.

personally i would only buy corsair now due to warrenty and instant replacement i.e rma they send replacement and take old one away. my freinds rma with corsair was simple he contacted them they sent him a replacement 48 hours later and took his old psu away well the corier did....

Some XFX branded PSUs are Seasonic, but the very thought of their non existent RMA service always makes me shudder.

Stick to Corsair or Enermax. Far safer in the long run tbh.
