Xcase Not Good

I ordered the Dragon box when I did it said 3 to 5 days delivery as its not arrived I telephoned the company and asked where it was, after waiting ages they came back and said "it not in the country"

As they had quoted 3 - 5 days delivery and could not fulfill that promise I wanted the order canceled and the money refunded (the reason I placed the order when I did was that I would be here 4 to 8 days after order)

LOL the receptions says in the most condescending voice ever " you can do what you want love but we wont refund you your money" I mean do companies not know the laws concerning this now no matter what I will just RMA under the Distance selling regulation

Call em up and yell at em... Kemp gets good results with lots of verbal abuse, maybe it will work for u

XCase are an awful company. I've heard of lots of horror stories to do with them.

I've noticed that they have started advertising via Google Ad's recently. I might block them from appearing on our forum as i dont want any of our lads buying anything from them.

if you fancy, post a full review of the company in the relevent seciton on the forum. people can learn from your unfortunate experience.
