X570 or B550 for the 5600x?

I managed to get the 5600x at MSRP thanks to Neweggs lottery system, was aiming for the 5800x but what can you do. I was looking at Motherboards and I am still not sure what chipset to go with. As well which moterboard from the respective chipset to go with. Right now I am looking at the Asus B550 or X570 Strix.

Well mate since it's now a dead platform I'd say go B550 unless you are constantly moving large files from one drive to another there's no point in going X570 at this stage of the game and the best B550 board is still MSI's Tomahawk so that's what I'd go for if I was you.

Im worried about going anything MSI after my horror story with my graphics card. Im on my 6th rma with them...

That's most unusual to have 6 cards have issues, still just get what you're comfortable with mate but just go B550 and save some pennies and put it towards something else

That is what has me weirded out. I've even swapped these cards with my roommate and they have the same errors I run into while his MSI 2060 runs just fine in my rig. It's incredibly strange but it always seems to come back to gpu error in some way.
