Hey i dont understand the mumbo jumbo posted on the F@H sites,

WU 10126, TPF is at 20 mins. im running a i1 3770k @ 4.1GHZ (stock fans for a week or 2 before i order a D14

but with this WU im getting 3356 PPD and wondered if anyone could dicipher as to why this may be??

Yes thats filled in

for some reason PPD has jumped up to 9k now but no way near the 25-35k i was getting previous weeks

What else are you doing on the computer? Running a virus scan in the background maybe?

Sounds like there is another program throttling it down...
taskmanager should clear somethins up...

Check the resource monitor for average CPU usage.

i wasnt doing anything, i had FaH client V7 open as always nothing else, went shopping and came back to that.
i done some googliing and loads of people had this as a bad PPD giver from what i understood, so wil just suck it up and cary on,

the only wierd thing for me is it was very similar in number to the one my GPU tried to get and failed on, as my GPU refuses to work now when it comes to folding. it was only a HD 5550 anyways so only 2-3k a day i think from it when it did work for those 6 hours

I am sorry mate i hould of already tried the v7 client but with some problems with my rigs,
i didn't get to it yet
seems there are more problems with the v7 client then with the GPUtracker ?!

All i did for now was the guide part 1 (setup) ...
i will keep this weekend free tho !

No its OK there are plenty of guides out there, just when you ask a question on the F@H forums they answer in a language i dont understand half the time. whats wrong with answering in simple english lol?? like you both have here

i dont need to know that whilst your Nan was eating a pie the WU should of been for beta users only and not released to the public

I am running the V7 1.52 Client on all of my machines with no issues

WU 10126 finished and now back to 25k must of been a bad WU

Yeah sometimes you can get really bad WU's . I had a really bad one yesterday, dropped SMP PPD from around 20 - 25k to 8 - 9K.

I wonder how stanford thinks about deleting these "bad" WU's ?!
as if i get one, I will delete it !

Ook unless the WU is folded (protein) fine, then i Fold it ...
