Built my dad a new AMD Ryzen 2400 PC(old PC was an old AMD Athlon XP II PC), Bought my wife a new AMD Ryzen 1700x rig(her first) and now my old system of a E6800 and 8800GTX is dead and I have no money left to make a complete build! This would go a long way towards getting me going again.
