no reason why it shouldn't, a 670 i would recommend is the zotac AMP! edition, it makes a bit of noise if that bothers you but so does the gigabyte OC from what i have heard. from a performance point of view it is slightly better than a reference 680 and for less money and it delivers very stable frame rates and its very cool as well, i owed it for about 2 months before i build a whole new rig but i do miss it. and you get a nice black PCB unlike the gigabyte. i had it in a asus Z68 board and it ran beautifully so you'll be fine.
i must sound like i work for zotac but i dont, it was just such a good card, i did have gigabytes 560ti but i found it had stability issues sometimes, nothing major or anything but i wouldnt buy gigabyte again, i probably just got unlucky with a bad card or something but the zotac was very good, i can't resist recommending it to anyone thinking about buying a 670.
i have an asus 680 OC in case your wondering why i didnt get the zotac for my new rig, i took the plunge into the 680 market and its very quiet even though i have overclocked it even higher and the colours match my rig as a whole, i shall post it soon, but i will remember my short friendship with my zotac 670
