Two things to add 
First is Eclipse - my mate is having exactly the same problem, and their saying that they are NEVER getting stock of those products again despite taking orders. He's now got to wait several days with a bust PC for the money to go into his account and then a few more days for new bits to arrive.
The other company to watch out for with this kind of shoddy system is Scan - I've not rumour-mongering here, they admitted it on another large forum in a sticky in their section!
