where can i have the most bass on the ground or in a corner of a room??

Both. The best way to get the most Bass from speakers is to have them on the ground and in a corner.

Direct contact with the ground offers more bass as its not lost through mediums such as wall or floor stands, and having the speaker in the corner offers more bass (especially if your speakers are rear ducted) as it is deflected off two walls and essentially echo's it.

sit on it, simple as that can't really beat that, or attach to chest

but no corner is best tbh

Central can be OK, if you have room under your desk, or behind you, but up against a wall and on the floor are a must if you want to 'feel' the bass as much as possible.
