What soft tubing for g1/4 connections

You either choose the tubing that you want and buy the fittings to match or choose the fittings and buy the tubing that matches them.

It's usually stated in internal diameter and outer diameter. For example, 16/11mm tubing is 16mm outer diameter and 11mm internal diameter. Sometimes you might see it in imperial measurements like 7/16" ID (internal diameter) and 5/8" OD (outer diameter) which is the same 16/11mm.

What fittings are they? what type? what size? hard or soft?

You're not exactly making this easy lol.

You need to know the diameter of the fittings, and even then certain tubing cant be used with certain coolants.

Be specific or people wont be able to help.

G1/4 is a standard size of connection to the actual blocks in the loop. It is only one end of a fitting though...so, all fittings will have the G1/4 connection but the other end/side can be anything you want.

So you can get G1/4 fittings with different diameters on the other side...

You just have to chose what diameter that other side will be and match it to same size tubing.

Sometimes the limiting factor will be how close the connections are on the block you want to use. Some blocks the ports are close together so you can only use smaller diameter fittings (that are still G1/4 fittings).
