Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a PDA and wondered if any of you had experience in this area :p

It needs to be based on MS Windows/CE and have Wi-Fi/GPRS as i'm going to be using it to browse the web/connect to oc3d servers remotely.

I don't want the latest and greatest, just something affordable.

My old Dell Axim, which PV has (and afaik it's still running strong) was a champ. I reccomend them. Plus Dell's support pwnz.

Dell's Axim PDA's rock...period

Hehe, agreed! I never had an ounce of trouble with mine when I had it. The Dell 802.11b card I had bought for it worked great too. [ot] Howssit holding up for you, PV? [/ot]

they probs are, i'm just still arsy with them as you have to spend £116 to replace the "waste toner cart" yet on every other laser printer i've installed you can empty them yourself. This is at a school where they have hardly any money.

but a waste toner is just something that catchs the waste toner. nothing complex. they should of brought a tally. Meh.

Not sure what the world is coming to, you can buy a printer including toners for the price of replacment toners.

Yeah still going well thanks mate, although I have upgraded from the X5. Dell is the pwnage as far as PDA's are concerned (never thought I'd hear myself saying that rofl).

Woot really? Man I loved that thing. I remember the time I tried to use Skype on it and talk to u, lmao.

hehe yeah the missus has it now, although I did upgrade to the Dell Axim X51v. She uses it regularly for driving (GPS), I bought Miomap 3.2 for her and put it on the pda. It runs as quick as :)
