What monitor should i get

I currently have a acer s273HLAbmii but its driving me bat shit crazy because i tend to notice the pixels when im on the internet, i was thinking of getting an IPS monitor around the 23"-24" size what would you recomend

I have a Dell IPS so I'm biased towards them. Either the U2412 or U2410 depending on budget

Also HP ZR24w, same screen as the dell mentioned above, couple less connectivity options but other than that the same. So whichever you can get cheaper.

My budget is around the £200 mark 1 really strange thing with this monitor is if you connect through hdmi and not vga it locks out some options in the picture settings also it suffers from reverse ghosting in games
