But it makes 0 sense.
If they never had sexual intercourse, they would WANT female characters. To fantasize about them. Why would they want less woman?
Plus nobody cares if woman are main characters. People love tomb raider and never complain, people loved Kassandra more in ACO. People roleplay as woman, etc. The whole sexual intercourse thing that has been around for a few years now is as dumb as rocks as an argument.
If it's just supposed to be funny and not taken seriously then I missed the joke. I just don't see how it's funny.
It's a joke regarding the way people who choose to refer to themselves as "incels"("involuntary celibates"), therefore actively choosing to define themselves by their lack of sexual intercourse with women, which they think is because of their conservatism as to them all women are "socialists", behave while generally labelling anything from random decisions in movies to capitalist companies cashing in on pride by putting a rainbow filter on their facebook profile for a day as socialism or marxism, mindlessly conflating things like multiculturalism with the doctrines of men who were by modern standards quite socially conservative.
