What is your ALL-Time Favourite game?

I started out in the gaming world with the lovely game called 'Starsiege' I've played that game since 2000, I STILL love that game.

My all time console game has got to be Halo2, it is the Best I have played so far.

I haven't gotten around to getting my xbox consoles online YET. someday maybe I will.

Who knows? One thing at a time.

halo 2 is amazing, why not pick it up on pc if you havent got xbox live yet?

my all time fav has to be cod4 just for search and destroy with the guys i play online with, so much of a laugh

close to that there is grid, glover, mario 64, starfox, pacman to name a few, way to many to pic from tbh

Rome Total War probably, or any Total War game, but Rome has the most play time.

Counter Strike is also godlike imho, and easily my favorite online game/shooter.

3rd place is World in Conflict, fantastic online stratagy game, recommend you pick it up, its like a fiver off play.com or game.com I think

Super Mario World for the SNES

It's the only console game I still play regularly

WAY too many to list. So I'll try to cover genres. Although right now, see sig for current fave (surprisingly brilliant)

Grand Prix Legends, probably the greatest simulation and most challenging game the world has seen.

Football Manager. I've played every version since the original CM1 on the Amiga. Spent more hours on this than any other game.

The Witcher Enhanced Edition. Easily the best RPG. Oblivion was flawed, Fallout3 is awful, Fallout2 is great but had too many bugs. The Witcher, dear god it's epic. If you have even a passing interest in RPGs play it.

Company of Heroes. Perfection in RTS form. Graphics, balance, maps, campaign, online, skirmish, AI, sound. Flawless.

Street Fighter 3 Third Strike. Amazing fighter. I love SF already, but this is pretty awesome. Very very close 2nd places to Vampire Saviour and Guilty Gear Slash.

Eternal Sonata. I could put Final Fantasy X in here, but let's use a game no-one has played. Stunning graphics, cool battle system, inventive characters, great story. If you're a fan of JRPGs, this is it.

Honourable mentions to : Mega-Lo-Mania, Secret of Monkey Island, Balance of Power 1990, Frontier Elite II, Chuckie Egg, R-Type, Gu****e, Fever SOS and Gran Turismo.

Cod4, Oblivion, Vice City, CSS, WoW (don't play anymore but did for so long), Half life, etc etc. for PC

I thought I'd pick one, SWOS - the one that has given me the most fun, play-time and enjoyment with mates. PES 2 (PS2) a close second.

Then we have Gran Turismo (1, 2, 3), Half Life 2, CS:S, Doom, Quake, Quake 2, Quake 3, UT, UT2k3, Sim City, Lemmings, Super Mario Brothers (1&2), Sonic, Streets of Rage, Gears of War, Fifa 98, Crysis, Command & Conquer, Street Fighter 2 (arcade and mega drive)

Far too many more to list

SWOS still tops the list and is, in fact, a game I still own on PC and play regularly on Xbox 360
