Waterblock for a 7970

I've just ordered a Powercolor 7970 and now i'm after some advice on which block to put on it.

I've got zero experience with gfx full cover blocks so don't really know which one is going to serve me best, as I've got a black and red theme running in my case, do I really want a back plate to cover up all the lovely pcb redness???

Cheers

I already got PowerColor 7970(nice card I have to say), right now there is only one block available on market.

Block made by EK.

You can have copper acetal, plexi copper, nickel acetal, nickel plexi.

Also in next week Koolance block should hit the martek.

Looks really nice but its to expensive considering the price of EK block, and I dont think that it will perform any better than EK one.Even EK said that block for 7970 is so far the best performing gpu block that they ever made.

But the really bad thig is that they out of stock pretty much everywhere

And PCB is Brown/black mate not red:) so dont worry about that

Also EK backplate will come soon to market as well as single PCI bracket

So far they dont have them in stock, hopefully in the end of the month they will have all what I need cuz I will be buying quite a lot of things from them, for my new build. Also I will be getting nickel one becouse copper will not match my color theme.

Got the card today, it's not that noisy out of the box but as was suggested in the reviews it overclocks without even a whine.

Think under water and with some of the later developed tools these cards will go a good bit further, although I'm more than happy with 88 fps on BF3 @ 1080 on Ultra.
