Very little information on Vega aftermarket cards

Hi guy's I am wondering if at all the AIB partners will actually bring custom coolers and PCB's to Vega. "Asus and Gigabyte excluded". I am thinking it could be the cost of manufacturing the cards that could be the problem?

From what I hear it is the supply of Vega silicon that is the problem, not sure how long it will be until we see aftermarket Vega GPUs.

It could be the yields as you have said plus the partners got the Vega silicon late to work on their designs. I am awaiting news from Sapphire atm but not heard a dicky bird about anything atm. I want the RX56 for a new Ryzen/Vega build I am planning for a secondary Rig.
