im going to buy the i7 950 with Asus P6X58D-E and kingston HyperX T1 KHX2250C9D3T1K2/4GX which are very good rated in on this site, and a Noctua NH-D14.

anything bad about this? dont want to buy crap

The ram wont fit with the cooler dude. You dont need massive heatsinks, look at Mushkin ridgeback, or dominator GT (you will have to remove one of the tops with this)

yes as said many many times you need to removes the heatsink on the ram that is close to the cooler

and it depend what PSU,but i would use a corsair 850w

No, a no name PSU will not do for this. A non name PSU may give 650w for about 1s, then it could take all your hardware with you. A named brand 650 ought to do, but I'd go for a nice 750-850W corsair for future upgradability and maximum stability
