I am thinking of upgrading from my 2 gtx570s in sli to 1 gtx780. I game on a 2560x1440 monitor and the 570s do fine with most games maxed out as long as I disable anti aliasing but I definitely max out the 1.25GB of memory on alot of games.

So was wanting to get your guys opinion on if the gtx780 would be a worthwhile upgrade. Also will the 780 support the 1440p Dual-Link DVI monitor and two normal 1080p monitors.

The specs of my system are a i7-3770K@4.4GHz, GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H, Corsair H100, 16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866, Two Superclocked EVGA GTX 570s in SLI , Corsair 850watt power supply

I would. It should be a nice little upgrade for you. May not be it from a dollars to framrate perspective though but if you sell off your 570's you could recoup some of the cash. So I say value, no. Performance, yes. If I had the money, Id do it.

If you really want to upgrade then go for it then sell the 570s. Other than that i say wait and see what AMD will come up with. I feel now it's a little to close to a whole new generation of cards to be upgrading.

Seeing as you already have a pretty capable setup, I would definitely recommend that you wait and see AMD's offering before investing cash
