Without going into to much detail, It's garbage, The hole point of polygons is to cut down on the amount of data needed to generate 3d objects, Atoms are single pixels, Thus making per Frame 1000's of times more complicated, DX11 is an engine that multiplies the polygon count via tessilation, It's hardware based tech, You don't see AMD an Nvidia with this so called tech, And you can't do this with software alone, I call it out as BS, Not to mention trying to animate anything like this, You would have to tell every single Atom what todo and when todo it instead of wireframe ploygon models, Sure you could setup clusters to a wireframe but that would make your games take years to make a single detailed model, And watch the CPU grind to a halt trying to deal with the billions of operations, And don't get me started on AI.
