I'm giving serious thought to spraying one of my own cases in the same colour, the effect of the flakes is awesome in real life, would make a great showcase at a show like i34 where people are walking past it all day.

Glad you like it though, I know Jim certainly does!

Depends on size of case and amount of prep work involved but around £160 for a large case. :yumyum:

True I suppose.

But how did you do it. How did you apply the flakes.

Flakes get added into the clear coat and then sprayed onto the case.

So you would need a spray gun for that right.

If that is the case then that means there is a very high chance of me modding my case.

Yeh in an ideal world you'd be using a compressor & spray gun to fire the paint.

Flakes get added into the clear and then blown over it again with normal clear to smooth it off.
