Maybe a dual core.....more likely an FX CPU with watercooling or phase changing and SLi. Big saving for that! :D

Nice nice!!! San Diego style.... w00t w00t.

ok i'll be getting the one with the valid number to be sure it will be winchester altough it's without a cooler. i ll buy an aftermarket cooler to cool it down.

ill be getting the Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939. i arleady have experience with alot of Gigabyte mobos and they all worked gr8. The ram is going to be a 1gb Kingston Value Ram and i'm going to stick on some cooling on it. il be changing these in the future.

Some pretty good choices, I think you'll be happy with that until you wanna OC it. What ram are you thinking of upgrading too after the Kingston?

Also, just FYI. The Gigabyte mobos don't use a standard mounting system for the heatsink bracket like the other manufacturers do, which means you won't be able to use anything like an XP-90 or 120 w/o making a hardmod to the board so that it will mount.

well after kingston maybe il buy some good ocz or any other ram which will be very overclockable. will i have problems installing a normal cooler because of the mounting bracket??

Good ram upgrade choices...

As far as the bracket, it's the standard bracket that comes on all a64 boards and will mount any regular "lever-lock" style heatsink. The only place you will run into problems is using heatsinks that use different mounting brackets like the XP-90/120 or if you want to mount a waterblock at somepoint for watercooling.

Be aware that some nforce mobo's hate Kingston Value RAM....they don't like it up 'em.

I've heard bad things about Kingston. Why not have some Geil instead, or Crucial? NEWays - OCZ is da best so you'll be good for the future! :D

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of Kingston myself.

No I heard that they don't match many nvidia boards well....they're fairly picky anyhoo. The NF2 doesn't even have some Kingston on its supported list....save and get OCZ!! :worship:

Hey Balilu - I wanna sell my 2 x 512mb Crucial DDR400 PC3200 (bought from Kustom on Jan 31st). 2 x these beauties . Thought you might be interested as you want value RAM. They work wkd and I haven't even OC'd them at all (haven't started yet). They have Nexus Heatspreaders already installed and look super-sweet!!

Here a pic of them with the Heatspreaders:

Cheers to ImageShack

Doesn't quite show them off the best, but you catch my drift - mmmm - mirror finish!!

I reckon around £90 including the heatspreaders? I have the original receipt so Kustom PC's still have them under warranty!

P.S. Glad I'm getting a cable tidying kit as well as all my fans and stuff!! :D

You're in Malta right?

I just checked and I reckon it would cost less than a tenner to mail it to you. That's with what Royal mail call "Airsure" which is an expediated service with priority on the next flight and tracking and also cover of up to £30. I could cover it with additional cover for an extra £1.50 as well. Here's the service:

http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/jump2?catId=400033&mediaId=400034

The only reason I can't give you a definate price is cause my computer would stop working if I took it out and weighed it!!

I would only charge you what I had to spend on postage, of course. You could transfer the money by bank transfer or by paypal, whatever you wanted! p/m me if you're interested! :D

Kingston ddr400 value ram timings are 8-3-3-3 and a heatspreader ( not sure what to get if heatspreaders or heatsinks :S )

Value RAM can be good.....just depends on what type. Geil do very good value RAM - Corsair do too. I've heard Elixir is also not too bad. Crucial also do value RAM. Heard vaguely of those two but dunno much about them! :o soz!!
