Truck Driving Sim?

I'm in need of a decent driving game.....
I have Burnout, and Dirt 3 is almost a certain......but away from racing and crashing I want a very good Truck Driving Sim, and maybe you guys could sort me out with a decent gamepad, maybe in FS+W (my dual shock PS2 controller is naffed with a slight auto left)

I've looked at:
Scania Truck Driving
Euro Truck Simulator 2

Preferably with UK Trucks, Wheel on the Right, drive on the left. like the way 'normal' people drive :lol:

Any others ?

I think euro truck simulator is about the best game in that catagory, i cant think of any other truck games that are good.

euro truck sim 2. its about $10-20 AUS good fun. even better on triple screens

Yea its pretty good.....

controls are relatively easy to get use to, unlike FSX flight sim.

and as with GTA, the mods you can get are pretty cool too

Euro truck sim 2. I surprised myself by trying the demo...and couldn't get enough. Still playing it like 6 months or more later...

Before you buy it try the demo on Steam. Gives you a really good idea of the whole game.

Found ETS 2 on the humblebundle store for $6.25, which is next to nothing for such a great game that will quite literally eat up your free time.

my 7950 and this game heavily modded and at ultra everything still gives me pretty decent frames.....

60fps isn't really needed, its still pretty smooth even when it drops to 45

It is now a day after the offer so the price is a fair bit higher now. Still a good deal I guess, I don't know anything about this stuff. It's not my thing

Hopefully, if all goes well with my Modding abilities I will have an oc3d trailer skin mod, using the thumbs up pic and a cool overclocking caption for the side of the trailer.

Won't be uploading to the mod sites but just for personal use (and share here possibly)

ETS2 is a magnificent game, you should really give it a go. Check out the demo if in doubt, it will hook you. And you'll have hard time explaining to your friends why on earth, from all your games, you spend most time driving around in trucks.

in it for the long haul.....
grab a Volvo FH16 and the biggest engine/gearbox and eat up the road.

I've worked out how to edit my trailers........so a OC3D trailer will come soon. :lol:
